The Holland number one moved to Old Trafford from Fulham in June 2005 after four years with the Cottagers. A world-class shot-stopper and an international veteran with over 100 caps, he is an instinctive and formidable opponent in one-on-one situations. His impressive performances during the 2006/2008 season helped to propel Manchester United towards Premier league victory.
