Signed for Chelsea for the 2010/11 season, Benayoun is a creative Israel midfielder player more than capable of opening defences up when teams sit deep. Benayoun was Racing's top scorer in the Primera Liga in 2004/2005 and has previously played for Premiership teams West Ham and Liverpool.
