Ali Al Habsi

Profile
Highly-rated young goalkeeper who completed his free-transfer move from Lyn Oslo in January 2006 after a deal was agreed the previous summer. Already a first choice for the Oman international side, the 6ft 2in Al-Habsi is a huge presence in front of goal and an excellent shot-stopper, and is tipped to compete with Jussi Jaaskelainen for a first-team spot in the future.
